The team has decided to split up the app into different functionalities and test each one so see how consumers looking to purchase products react to the information we are providing.
First, we are testing the product suggestion and recommendation function. We are trying to figure out how consumers like to find alternatives to the products they are already using. What product are you trying to find a replacement for right now?
Second, we are testing what metric people care about. Is is number of trees saved? Number of miles driven? What environmental metric do you care about when looking at products?
We are also testing how users like to track progress. Becoming sustainable is a gradual thing. Can we help users through the design of our app become more sustainable by focusing on doing one small thing every day? What is a sustainability goal you want to achieve?
